Whether we meet at my studio or at American Fitness, both conveniently located in New Braunfels, each 45 - 60 minute session is entirely dedicated to achieving your unique fitness goals. I offer customized training plan specifically designed for you. Benefit from hands-on spotting, precise cueing, and expert guidance to ensure correct form and optimize your workout effectiveness. Add a hybrid plan so you can workout without me other days! This will include continuous support through my app and/or text, providing 24/7 communication, videos to understand what movement I want you to be doing, and access to your complete training plan and nutrition.
