Hi there, I’m Kaylee

Hi, I’m Kaylee Horn! I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Integrative Nutrition Health Coach & Certified in Precision Nutrition.

My Origin Story

For the last ten years, I’ve experienced the spectrum of life. From marrying the love of my life to having three kids that keep me on my toes, it’s been a wealth of emotions. The highs and lows, as I’m sure you have experienced yourself, have brought on a lot of learning moments. 

But, I guess, it really began after my third kiddo. It was more rough than anticipated and all sorts of negative feelings surfaced, including depression. After really digging deep with my therapist, I decided it was time to stop numbing my feelings with alcohol and food and pursue something I had always wanted to do – compete in a bikini competition.

 

When The Evolution Really Kicked In

With my online coach’s guidance, I shed over 40 pounds to step onto the competition stage. I stopped drinking and started nourishing my body with whole foods and physical activity. The moment I stood on that stage, I knew I was meant to help others reach their goals, whether it’s feeling great at their wedding, on vacation, or simply in their own skin.

Throughout my journey, I came to realize that living with physical or emotional pain is not normal. We tend to accept the daily discomfort as a given, but it shouldn’t be that way. Life should be enjoyable, and we should wake up feeling our best, capable of achieving our dreams.

I love working with clients who need a starting point, helping them understand what to put into their bodies and what to avoid. Each journey is unique, and my passion lies in whole health and fitness. To me, it’s not work – it’s something I wake up excited to do every day. It’s not always easy, and it’s rarely a straight path, but you are capable of it, and I’m here to support you at every turn we take!
