You’ll fill out a short application so I can learn more about your goals, struggles, and lifestyle. If it’s a fit, we’ll schedule a quick call to make sure this is the right coaching container for you.

STEP 2: Build Your Blueprint
Once accepted, we’ll map out your personalized protocol—based on your schedule, goals, hormone needs (if applicable), and equipment. Whether you’re working out at home, in the gym, or in-studio with me, every rep will have purpose.

STEP 3: Train, Track, & Transform 
You’ll get weekly workouts delivered inside the app with video demos, habit tracking, and a clear plan. You’ll also have check-ins, messaging access to me for support, and biweekly private sessions to adjust, troubleshoot, and go deeper.
